Hey Ya'll SportsGal89 in the building. I know it has been a minute since I spoke to y'all and I probably never mentioned this in any of my posts, but the NBA was under a lockout this season. And they finally came to an agreement today! We will have basketball 66 games to begin on Christmas Day. Not that much of a season but at least we have one right?!

"National Shut up day"
Hey y'all SportsGal89 in the building.. Can I just say that as a female who LOVES sports, it is the most annoying and most SEXIST statement ever for dudes to say that Sunday's are "National Shut the _____ Up Day." I understand that there are more men who understand the game and who make it an everyday experience to be involved in sports etc. But I think you limit the women who do understand, you exclude women who are trying to and you ignore the one fact that there are women who feel just like you do. Sometimes you just want to tell people in general that Sundays are National Shut Up day, especially during game day!
So guys, please do me a favor, watch yoursevles, especially because the generalizations you are making aren't cool but more importantly because it's going to be one of us fine ladies that schools your behind in the sports that you love so much ;)
